Description:
    Previous versions of the tzdata package do not reflect recent changes to
    time zones and Daylight Saving Time definitions in several locations,
    including Antarctica, Australia, Canada (Nunavut), Cuba, Egypt, Haiti,
    Honduras, Mongolia, New Zealand, Syria, Turkey, the Turks and Caicos
    Islands, and the United States (Indiana).
