Description:
    Previous versions of the nfs-client package did not properly honor the
    -o (outgoing port) option when it was passed to rpc.statd.  This has
    been corrected.

    (rpc.statd's outgoing port is typically specified by defining the
    variable STATD_OUTGOING_PORT in /etc/sysconfig/nfs.  If no outgoing port
    is specified, rpc.statd will select a randomly chosen privileged port.)
