Description:
    Previous versions of the PyPAM package were released under the terms
    of the GNU General Public License, with permission granted to rPath
    and others to use and distribute under the GNU Lesser General Public
    License.  This version of PyPAM, which is fully compatible with
    previous versions of the PyPAM package, was generally and publicly
    released under the terms of the GNU Lesser General Public License.
