Description:
    Previous versions of the procps and sysstat packages did not provide
    support for reporting the time used by the hypervisor for tasks other
    than running the current virtualized image (called "stolen time").
    
    8 March 2007 Update: rebuilt packages not to include :config
    components.
    
    21 March 2007 Update: Updated rusers and rusers-server packages to
    use new procps shared library.
