Description:
    Previous versions of the python-pgsql package contained an
    implementation of 'fetchmany' which was inconsistent with the
    implementation in bindings for sqlite and mysql.  This update
    is not required for Conary repositories using postgresql
    databases, but may be required by other software using the
    python-pgsql bindings.
