Description:
    Minimal installations of rPath Linux, as well as software appliances
    built from rPath Linux with rBuilder Online, could fail to install the
    "pcap" system user before installing tcpdump, which causes tcpdump to
    fail to run.  Updating to the new version of tcpdump will require the
    "pcap" user to be installed, and after the info-pcap package has been
    installed, tcpdump will run successfully.

    2 August 2007 Update: The previous update failed to establish this
    requirement.  This update corrects that failure.
