Description:
    rMake 1.0.1 is a small feature release, with source trove caching,
    a better usage message, and some cleanups.
    
    Client Changes:
     o  rMake now has a new, friendlier usage message and a help
        command. (RMK-268)
     o  rMake now installs the packages containing components that it
        installs for buildreqs; it used to do this only for components
        installed for dependency resolution. (RMK-189)
     o  rMake now cleans up temporary recipe downloads that used to be
        left in /tmp. (RMK-270)
     o  rMake now caches file contents, which speeds up repeated loads
        of the same source package. (RMK-249)
